September Wrap Up

Hi guys,

The year is coming to an end soon, it is CRAZY how we are already in October! I’m really happy with the amount of books I’ve read so far! I completed my Goodreads challenge and added another 15 books! WOOOO!!! My first time in a long time completing my challenge! This month was a good reading month although I fell into a bit of a slump, I still surprisingly managed to read quite a few books!

Amount of books read in September: 9
  1. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire 5 ⭐
  2. Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix 5 ⭐
  3. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince 5 ⭐
  4. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 5 ⭐
  5. Before we were strangers 2.5 ⭐
  6. Frankly in Love 2.5 ⭐
  7. Well Met 4.5 ⭐
  8. The Right Swipe 2.5 ⭐
  9. The Girl the Sea Gave Back 4 ⭐

I finished my reread of Harry Potter, I haven’t read the series in 8 years and oh my god reading again brought back all the memories and laughter and pure joy. I have nothing but love for this world. I don’t know what to do with my life after finishing honestly, I need all the fan fiction. I was unfortunately disappointed with the contemporaries I’ve read this month except Well Met, which was absolutely fantastic, swoon worthy pirates, the writing and hate to love romance, oh my god romance lovers you need to read this one!

I also really enjoyed the companion novel to Sky in the Deep, I will definitely be posting a little review of my thoughts soon!

                                O C T O B E R     T B R

  1. A Curse so dark and lonely
  2. Stalking Jack the Ripper
  3. Angel Mage (watch out for my blog tour stop on the 10th)
  4. Into the Crooked Place
  5. Serpent & Dove

I’m only going to keep a small TBR for October but hopefully I’ll be able to read more! It’s going to be a super busy month at work, I have to do this online training course as well and I have a few appointments and yep busy month but I have a week holiday at the end of the month and you guys don’t know how much I am looking forward to it!

Oh I almost forgot to tell you guys, I’m meeting Brigid Kemmerer at her book event in London next week, it’s on the same day as my friend’s birthday and I’m so excited to meet up with her and have lots of bookish fun! Anyone else going to Kemmerer’s events in the UK?

Until next time,

Asmaa.
