Top ten tuesday

Hey guys, I promise I haven’t abandoned my blog, I’ve just been lacking inspiration and I’m still trying to figure out what I want to post but in the mean time here’s this weeks TTT. This is a weekly meme hosted by The broke and the Bookish

This week’s topic is: Top Ten Books Every (reader) should read 
1. Salt to the sea
This was a beautiful heart wrenching historical fiction that everyone should read. full review here
2. The Throne of glass series
I absolutely love this series. a badass assassin and Rowan Whitehorn, beautiful friendship a MUST read series.
3. The Winner’s trilogy
I recently finished the last book the winners kiss which was recently released and what an ending. I wish I could read this series again for the first time. I love it so much and the finale was everything I hoped for.
4. Harry Potter
Need I say more?
5. Vampire Academy
A humorous series with fierce female characters and DIMITRI *heart eyes*
it’s such a light and fast read that will get you hooked as soon as you start. I’m only on the second book and I’m in love!
6. The Lunar chronicles
I love this magical fairytale retelling. Such a unique retelling that you MUST read.
7. Roald Dahl books
My entire childhood. Everyone should read at least one Roald Dahl book. Matilda is my favourite.
8. A Colleen Hoover book
I absolutely loved this book and I need to get my hands on more of her books. This book was so perfect in every way. I absolutely love Colleen Hoover’s writing style.
9. The Lux series
I can’t even express how much I loved this book. It was hilarious! I love Jennifer’s writing style. It was fast paced and DAMEON BLACK AHAHJDFLKFDKN
10. Noughts and Crosses
This book will always have a special place in my heart. Seriously this book deserves more attention because it was so beautiful and realistic and heartbreaking. This book emotionally drained me and seriously a piece of my heart died with it but it was so unique and different and everyone should read this.

  1. This list has some of my absolute favourites! First of all, Colleen Hoover’s books just get better from Maybe Someday. I’d read Hopeless next for sure! I’d love to talk about Obsidian with anyone because for some reason no one will read this book when I tell them to. It’s driving me nuts!

    1. I know I really need to get my hands on more of her books! Ugly love is next on my list! omg yes Obsidian was amazing sadly I’ve only read the first two books and I seriously can’t wait to get my hands on the last few books so I can devour them! CAN WE JUST TALK ABOUT DAEMON BLACK?!?!

      1. Ugly Love ruined me. So did Daemon. At first I hated him because he’s so awful but then I read the chapters in his perspective and it made me love him so much. I read quotes and want to reread the whole series again. He gets even better towards the end of the series 😭😭

      2. I know my cousin read Ugly love and she called me and she was like wow I’m crying. I’m so excited to read it. bring on the feels ha. I can’t wait to continue with the series, Jennifer’s writing style is so amazing and easy to follow. I got hooked from the beginning aahhhhhh

      3. Ugly Love makes me ugly cry. It really is!! I’m working on getting the rest of her books but I just read her Dark Elements series and I was very happy with the whole thing. You have some great books on your TBR though.. you’ll be happy with them :’)
