WWW Wednesday

Hey guys its been a while. I’m sorry I’ve been absent the past week, I was so busy and literally had no time to post anything. But not going on my laptop at all made me get a lot of reading done. So thats always a plus.

So here’s another WWW wednesday, a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words and it consists of 3 questions:

  1. What are you currently reading?

I have abandoned both Simon Vs. and The infinite sea. They are both slow so I set them aside. I’m currently rereading The Winner’s crime, well I’m just starting. I finished The Winner’s curse this morning and aahhh the feels. I love this series so much.

2. What did you recently finish reading?

I’m going to go all emotional so prepare yourself

Firstly Salt to the sea. My feels. My heart. So beautifully written and I enjoyed this read so much. It was so addictive and I actually cannot put it down. I read it in a day. My full review will be up soon.

Vampire academy- OH HOLY. So I basically read this 2 years ago and didn’t continue with the series but I had this sudden urge to binge read this series so to refresh my memory, I reread Vampire Academy and I’ll be starting Frostbite tomorrow. OH GUYS HOW MUCH I LOVE DIMITRI. Rose Hathaway is my new favourite female character. I love her so much. She is the Queen of sass!

Moving onto Kindred Sprits which was a cute read that I finished in like half an hour. It was tiny but adorable and now Rainbow Rowell has convinced me to watch Star Wars. yes I’ve never watched star wars but I’m excited to see what all the hype is about!

Lastly The winner’s curse which I’m rereading in preparation for the final book, which is coming out this week I think. I anxiously keep waiting next to the door every morning hoping my preorder would just come. This book gave me all the feels. I actually wrote a review which you can find here. Prepare for a lot of emotions.

And the finally question:

3) What do you think you’ll read next?

I want to read Ruta Sepetys other book, which is Between shades of gray, it sounds intriguing. And of course I’ll be reading The winner’s kiss, probably my most anticipated read of 2016!

Happy reading 🙂

  1. I have GOT to get my hands on ‘Kindred Spirits.’ I love Rowell and if it has Star Wars references, I’m all over it. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

  2. I hope you can get back into Simon Vs. It might start off slow, but it’s so good overall. I spent the last 50 pages grinning like an idiot – it’s really heartwarming.

I must read Kindred Spirits (love Rainbow Rowell). The new Star Wars movie is good… about 30 minutes too long, but still good! 🙂 I hope you enjoy it.

  3. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t enjoying Simon that much! It was one of my favorite reads last year. I can understand why you put The Infinite Sea on hold though; I really didn’t like either of the two books in the series. I wasn’t convinced by The Winner’s Curse either, but I still want to pick up the sequel some time… The fact that the third book is coming out might be the perfect excuse. I read and enjoyed Kindred Spirits recently as well! Like you said, adorable.
I NEED to get a copy of Salt To The Sea ASAP. I really like the way she writes and this one sounds so good! Between Shades Of Gray is really good. Happy reading!

    1. The beginning is a bit slow but I heard that it gets better at the end so I’ll definitely be continuing. I really liked the 5th wave despite the first half being uneventful! OH MY GOD YOU MUST PICK UP THE WINNER’S CRIME. IT’S EVEN BETTER. MY COPY OF THE WINNER’S KISS CAME TODAY AND I’M SQUEALING AAHHHH. And definitely do, I loved Salt to the sea and I look forward to reading Between shades of gray 🙂
